Cancellation Notice

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a £50 cancellation fee.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full consultation fee or treatment deposit being retained.

Treatment Courses

Clients undertaking a course of treatments who repeatedly fail to attend appointments or cancel outside our cancellation policy may have that appointment deducted from their treatment package.
