Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic and wellness treatments, refunds are not generally available once treatment has been provided.
Treatment Packages
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed treatments
- Treatment packages already started
- Discounted treatment packages
- Gift vouchers
- Skincare or retail products
Medical Circumstances
If treatment cannot continue due to medical reasons, we may consider a partial refund upon receipt of written confirmation from your GP or Consultant.
Refund requests must be made within six months of the original purchase date.
An administration fee of £50 may be deducted from any approved refund.
